If you contact us more than 24 hours before your appointment, your appointment will be rebooked for another time. In some exceptional circumstances, an appointment may be transferred to another person if you contact us more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you contact us with less than 24 hours notice to reschedule, expect that the appointment will be cancelled without refund.
